We charge for our services based on the time and complexity of the job. (You will know the cost before any contractor shows up!) We rank these services based on a tier system, we try to make pricing simple and the cheapest around

Tier One 🚗-$50 +Materials

30 minutes - 1 hour

Basic Repair or Installation

(Leaky pipe, Caulking, Fence repair, TV mount, Refrigerator install, etc.)

Tier Two 🛻-$100 +Materials

1 Hour - 2 hours

Standard Small Job

(Replace Faucet or Toilet, install ceiling fan, Drywall Repair, Roof inspection, weed whacking or Mowing, Season Prep, etc.)

Tier Three 🚚-$250 +Materials

2 Hours - 4 hours

Half Day Job

(Multiple small repairs, Trim install, Gutter cleaning, Flooring patch, Tree Trimming, Gate rebuild, Light Painting, Major drywall repair)

Tier Four 🚛-$500 +Materials

>4 hours

Full Day Job

(Large Interior Painting, Multiple bigger jobs, Large Deck Repairs, Fence Rebuild, Full yard Cleanup, Garage Cleanout, etc.)
